Grant Packaging LLC Shipping and Returns Policy
The shipping carriers that are used most often are ground packaging services and LTL freight carriers. Most shipping is accommodated Monday through Friday.
- All in stock orders will be shipped the next business day (M-F) We will notify you by phone/email if there is any expected delay.
- Standard Shipping is estimated three to five days from the time your order leaves the warehouse.
- Shipping days are business days – no holidays or weekends.
- No orders can be shipped to a P.O. Box.
- Departure date is not a transit date
- Additional shipping charges will apply to orders outside the contiguous 48 states
- We reserve the right to change shipping charges at any time.
- Back-ordered items will ship at later date. We will email you with estimated ship date, but please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and are subject to change.
- All back-orders that remain after original shipments are shipped by standard ground without any additional shipping charges.
- Please note that some products may be shipped separately from original order.
- Under normal circumstances, we do not require a signature, but we reserve the right to do so at our discretion. If a customer wishes to have a signature confirmation it is their responsibility to contact us before their shipment is processed and shipped. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax. Orders being shipped to Missouri will be charged 7.95% sales tax. However, if we ship your order directly from the manufacturer you may be charged additional tax if applicable.
- Some items if returned or exchanged may be charged a restocking fee of 15%.
- All shortages, mis-shipments and order discrepancies need to be claimed within 7 days of order.
- If your package is returned to us by the carrier due to the package being refused or an incorrect/invalid address, you are responsible for reshipping charges or a 15% restocking fee if not reshipped.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returned merchandise that is new, unused and contains all the original product packaging within 15 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to the purchase price of the items: this does not include the shipping fee, which will not be refunded. Processing time for returns may take up to 14 days. If the return is because of a defective product or because we made an error in shipping we will be responsible for sending the items back to us and all the applicable shipping charges.
If you are exchanging an item please fill out the packaging slip included in the original order. If we sent your order directly from the manufacturer or you do not have the packing slip simply print out your Order Confirmation email and write which product you are returning and the exchange item you would like. Once we receive and inspect your item(s) we will ship your exchange to you free of charge. Free exchange service is standard ground service. If the exchange item you’re requesting is unavailable we will contact you via email or phone. In the event you need to exchange a product and need the new item immediately please re order the product online. We will process your order the next business day (excludes weekends or holidays and subject to availability). Send us back the original merchandise and we will refund your credit card the purchase price of your item(s) once we receive and inspect. All orders that are returned with only the box will be refused.
Custom orders are non returnable.
